Its location was stunning and favourable in the desert. Besides, we were just off the castles in the desert, the Aral Sea and Art House and the historical town centre.

The breakfast was incredibly nice, the food was great. The location was beautiful - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. The vibe here was quiet. Its personnel was excellent and hospitable, nothing too much trouble.

The Art House Boutique Hotel provided a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The traditional decor throughout the hotel added a touch of elegance and charm to the overall experience. The general areas, such as the dining room and terrace, were easily accessible for senior people like myself, with plenty of seating and comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Khiva. The owners' attention to detail in creating a home-like environment truly made my stay memorable.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is slightly softer beds. Nonetheless, the children working there were always attentive and ready to accommodate any request, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

stayed in khiva before and had a good time, but Art House Boutique blew me away. the family-run vibe was amazing, with the owner's brother going above and beyond to help. the homemade breakfast on the terrace with a view of the city was unbeatable. definitely the best place to stay in khiva.

The family who runs the hotel were so friendly and welcoming, speaking multiple languages. They even arranged transportation for us. The breakfast was amazing, and we highly recommend having lunch at the hotel too - the food was the best we had in Uzbekistan. The portions were huge and the value for money was unbeatable. On top of all that, we discovered that the family are talented musicians and were treated to a private concert. Our stay here was truly rewarding and we hope to return one day.
